This involves strengthening health systems, improving access to safe drinking water, enhancing awareness of HIV/AIDS prevention, establishing linkages, advocating for change, and building the capacity of health workers, management structures, and Village Health Teams (VHTs) to actively take part in improving health in their communities .

It will further involve integrating comprehensive health community outreach initiatives, facilitating effective referrals and linkages, fostering multi-sectoral collaborations, and incorporating innovative technologies to improve healthcare delivery

Educated and Confident Children

The program adopts an inclusive child-friendly school model, integrating child-centered and teacher-centered methods to tailor learning according to children's needs, abilities, and interests. The aim is to engage children more and sustain their interest in learning. A concerted effort, in collaboration with district line departments and key stakeholders, will emphasize skills-based education, focusing on relevant learning and essential life skills. The strategy involves creating safe and inclusive environments that encourage active participation and decision-making by all children, fostering their leadership capacities through school clubs. Teacher training across various disciplines, with a focus on early grade reading, child management, inclusive education, and the promotion of cultural values, is a critical aspect. Parents, represented by Parents Teachers Associations (PTA) and School Management Committees (SMC), will play a central role, with their skills enhanced to actively participate in their children’s learning and mobilize support in areas like school feeding.

Skilled and Involved Youths

Program Goal: Skilled and healthy youth (aged 15-24) actively participating in community development initiatives..

The goal is aimed to empower youth through holistic training in innovative vocational, business, and life skills, alongside a mindset shift and provision of startup resources. Utilizing a peer-based approach, the project aims to develop youth as peer champions who will establish a network, facilitating informative sessions on critical SRHR services. Linkages to referral centers will be promoted with the involvement of nearby healthcare professionals. Incentives will be provided to these groups to support their talents, skills, and various social enterprises such as VSLA, sports, and music, ensuring sustained well-being. The vision also entails training youth in advocacy and leadership, engaging them in coalition meetings to advocate for addressing issues directly affecting them.
